Hey Weight Watcher people!

Ok so Im going to try and stick with this Weight Watcher thingy for my 21st week.  This is what I plan to do differently.  I am going to forgo some carbs this week.  I also tend to eat out on weds and thursday because I have class, and I think Im going to skip that this week in lieu of something I make at home.  I usually get a chicken taco, no cheese, add sour creme, an order of cinnamon twist and a small sweet tea.  I think the points come to 9 for the entire order.  Is that bad?  I have a hard time when I eat out, staying on track.  Those of you that are on weight watchers what do you eat when you eat dinner out?

Still exercising!

I have been exercising since Jan 15, at least 4xs a week. Im addicted.  It makes me feel great and I think its helping me to reach my goals:-).  Im sitting here watching the “biggest loser” and Jillian said something that stuck with me.  She said, “people kill her when they say but…..you are losing inches!”  I hate that too.  Im kinda like her, I think that scale should move if you are eating right and working out.  Ive told you of my struggles with Weight Watchers and being on it for 20 weeks and only have lost approximately 10lbs.  I know a lot of it was me and needing to rededicate but Im still sorta skeptical.  Anywho, Im working hard and I want to hit my small goal of 30 lbs by April 1.  Is this realistic?  Not sure but Im gonna try.  I hope all is well with everyone!

Weight Watchers

So Ive been on WW for 20 weeks almost and Im so disappointed.  I love the program but I am not losing and it seems like when I focus on my points the most I lose the least amount of weight!  Last nite I lost .5lbs!  I was in tears.  So this week Im going to only eat my daily points and none of those extra flex points.  I think they are doing me in.  Those extra 35 points.  If you all have tips, please, please, give them to me.   Thanks.

Exercised!

I went to exercise class today and it was awesome.  I did bodypump which uses weights and man was it exhilarating.  I have been on ww for 20 weeks and I really hadnt been getting where I needed to be but Im sure this should boost it up some.  I think I liked it better because I felt like I had an objective and someone was there pushing me to go on.  When I workout alone I dont do as well because I can stop whenever I like.  I actually got my hour in.  So the goal is to go 4 days a week.  Thats 4 good hours!

Havent been on in a while

I dont really know how i have done this week.  I have been eating way more fruits and veggies than usual.  I went to the movies and had buttered popcorn and then we had taco bell later that evening but luckily i had too much popcorn and didnt eat all of my food.  Then today which is sunday we went to Red Robin and I know Ive over did it there.  Tomorrow I am going to work out in the morning to see if I can burn some of this off!  Wish me luck before my weigh in on tuesday.

Ok!

So I went to WW yesterday and I have made it 16 weeks!  I got a little gold key chain and I think thats all I needed to motivate me a little more.  I wish I would have been following it more closely because I would have had a lot of weight off by now.  Overall over the last 2 weeks of being in Chicago, I had only gained 2 lbs.  I was sure that she was going to weigh me in at 10lbs over.  So my mini goal until next weigh in is to only drink water, no other drinks.  Nothing that I have to count.  Im even thinking of not doing diet sodas.  I am also going to integrate more veggies.  I eat them but not like I should. I had broccoli tonite and I was like hmmm, I missed this.  When I was on LA Weight Loss the set up was different.  You had to eat 4 veggies, 2 proteins, etc so I think that held me a little more accountable.  On WW, you can eat all your point on a cheeseburger, lol.  Well over all I am satisfied and I am going to do it this time.  Im just like Oprah, just let the wagon fall on me but now I am up!
